Coatings Protective coatings are a feature that increases ring durability and range of applications.

We apply a variety of spray and galvanic coatings on our rings.

Galvanic coatings are most commonly used in the automotive and railway industries, while plasma sprays are utilized in aviation.

We also offer a range of special coatings, such as Ferrox or  coatings containing diamonds.

Galvanic Coatings

  • Technical Chrome - increases wear resistance
  • Chrome-ceramic - very high wear resistance
  • Chrome-diamond - the highest wear resistance
  • Chrome-molybdenum - reduced friction and increased wear resistance

Thermal Spray Coatings

  • Molybdenum applied by flame method
  • Molybdenum applied from powder by plasma method
  • Various types of plasma - depending on applications
