Production Worker

PRODUCTION WORKER
Location: Łódź, Liściasta 17
We offer:

Responsibilities:
Physical work in the production of piston rings in the Mechanical Production, Coatings, and Foundry departments. Specifically:
- Operating production machines and equipment
- Coating piston rings with chrome or spray coatings
- Packaging and sandblasting piston rings
- Making sand casting molds
- Removing castings from molds filled with cast iron
- Grinding
Requirements:
- Manual skills
- Diligence
- Preferred:
- Vocational or secondary technical education
- Experience in a similar position as an electroplater, molder, turner, or grinder
- Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- SEP electrical certification

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of machines, devices, and technological installations at the assigned production stations
Diagnosing and removing malfunctions
Conducting maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of machines, devices, and installations
Reporting the need for spare parts
Reporting completed work in the system
Requirements:
Secondary education in a technical field
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the position of Electrician, Electromechanic, Electrical Fitter, Maintenance Technician
SEP (operation) certification up to 15 kV
Knowledge of the construction and operation of machines (automation, mechanics, pneumatics)
Ability to use technical documentation and measuring instruments
Diligence, independence, Ability to work in a team
