and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change,
or terminate it, and moreover, data is collected for designated, lawful
purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these
purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for
which they are processed and stored in a form enabling identification of the
persons they concern, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of
processing.

Administrator has developed and implemented a Personal Data Protection Policy.

prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of the user’s personal data.

user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following
groups of recipients:

b. legal offices and debt
collectors
c. authorized public bodies
2. Your personal data will
be processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform the
activities related to them specified by separate regulations (e.g.,
accounting). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for
longer than 3 years.
3. You have the right to
request from the Administrator:
a. access to your personal
data,
b. rectification,
c. erasure,
d. restriction of
processing,
e. and data portability.
4. You have the right to
object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing legally
justified interests pursued by the Administrator, although the right of
objection cannot be exercised if there are valid, legally justified reasons for
processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for
establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
5. You have the right to
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

is voluntary, but necessary for providing information that you request,
performance of the contract, or initiation of cooperation.
7. The Data Administrator
reserves the right to process your personal data even after the termination of
the Contract, end of cooperation, or withdrawal of consent only to the extent
necessary to pursue any claims in court or if national or EU laws or international
law obligate the Data Administrator to retain data.
8. Personal data is not
transferred to third countries within the meaning of the data protection
regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
