We ensure the highest quality of our products, making our piston rings the choice of customers worldwide. With our own foundry and laboratories, we can control the production process from start to finish.
There are two laboratories on our factory premises. In the material laboratory, we conduct material tests and spectrometric analysis, confirming the quality of the cast iron we produce. In the measurement laboratory, we check all the gages and metrological instruments used in our company.
Our metrology laboratory systematically performs the control of measuring instruments. Subsequently, they are calibrated to ensure their accuracy. This enables precise measurements. The results are reliable and confirmed by accredited laboratories. Confirmation of measurement compliance is essential to maintain the quality standards of our manufactured products.
The material laboratory, located next to our foundry, ensures the highest quality of cast iron used by us. We utilize specialized equipment and techniques, such as electron microscopy and mass spectrometry. These methods are applied to analyse chemical composition and microstructural features of materials used in the casting process. Through these studies, it is possible to determine properties and parameters of castings.
